Shipping Information

  1. How much is shipping?
    - Orders over $70 are eligible for our FREE standard ground shipping (5 to 8 business days).
    - Order less than $70 are subject to our low flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 (5 to 8 business days).

  2. How long will it take for me to receive my products?
    Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of an order being placed. Please then allow 5-8 business days after the order is processed for orders to arrive.

  3. When will my order be shipped?
    Orders are usually shipped out within 48 hours of purchase (when payment clears) along with an e-mail notification verifying your order.

  4. Can I cancel an order immediately after placing it?
    Yes, if the order has not been processed and shipped yet. No, if the order has been shipped and it's in the hands of the postal carrier. In this case, the order would have to be returned by the buyer and received by Shampoo.com prior to any refund taking place (the price of the unopened item(s) minus any shipping costs).

  5. What are my options when my tracking number says delivered, yet I never received?
    Shampoo.com only ships to the address you provided during checkout, if for any reason an error was made by the customer at this time, the customer would be responsible for any charges associated with re-shipping that package.

    If your order was shipped to the correct address and your tracking number indicates that it was delivered, then Shampoo.com can only assume that it was. Once packages are shipped from our facility they are no longer the responsibilty of Shampoo.com and any subsequent issues must be taken up with the postal carrier that was used.
