Shampoo.com stands behind each and every one of our products. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the product of any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is returned within 30 days of ordering.

  1. How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?
    Shampoo.com will credit you for the total purchase price of the product, upon receipt of the product. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.

  3. What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?
    We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.
